Thank you for visiting the Des Moines Chapter website. This site welcomes members, potential members and visitors interested in learning more about EWI®. The Des Moines Chapter of Executive Women International was chartered in April of 1971 and has remained a strong and active chapter. Representatives of approximately 55 member firms meet monthly (the first Monday of the month) for programs that support the mission of the organization.

Participation on committees and/or on the board provides professional development as well as opportunities for business contacts and networking. We are also proud of our chapter's volunteer involvement in the community.

Founded in 1938, EWI today claims approximately 3,100 firms or companies as members, and 3,500 representatives. EWI provides businesswomen from diverse industries a forum for promoting their firms.
